As we go over the river and through the wood, perhaps to visit grandmother or possibly other family members, I am reminded of a suggestion my mentor shared with me years ago: Before speaking, ask yourself, “Is what I am planning to say going to improve the situation?”
Whatever you celebrate this holiday season, may the next few weeks be filled with special times with family, good conversations, love, rest, and rejuvenation.
