Concordia Consulting is growing! We are seeking an experienced, organized and flexible assistant to provide part-time administrative support. “In-person” hours will include 4 hours every Monday at our Gaithersburg, MD location. In addition, approximately 10 hours per week from your home office Duties will consist of document writing and revision, electronic document filing and organization, project management, the development and revision of presentations and printed materials for training courses.

Job requirements include:

  • A sense of humor, a desire to help a business grow, and sound judgment.
  • Advanced skills in MS Word and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with file storage and synchronization services such as Dropbox and Google Drive.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong skills in organization and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle responsibilities independently.
  • Ability to collaborate with other team members efficiently.
  • Home office capabilities including reliable computer hardware, internet connectivity, antivirus and security protection, etc.

This is an ideal position for someone who desires work/life balance and flexibility. Hours will vary weekly from 5 to 20. Some evening and/or weekend involvement may be needed periodically. Bonus and profit sharing possible after one year of outstanding work.
